Terry Plummer

Terry Plummer, beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, papa, and great-papa, passed away on Friday, November 29th, 2024, at the age of 72, after courageously battling Inflammatory Myositis.

Terry was a man of many passions. His love for cars and motorcycles began at a young age, and he spent countless hours tinkering and building in his garage. This passion led to a fulfilling career as a Ford Certified Master Mechanic. Beyond his professional life, Terry enjoyed spending time with his family, whether it was going on adventures, sharing meals, or simply relaxing together. One of his favorite pastimes was taking his grandchildren for tractor rides, creating lasting memories. Terry was an avid lover of cars, his boat-Papa’s Toy, and racing motorcycles at Thompson Drag Raceway.

Terry was known for his unwavering kindness and willingness to help others. He was always ready to lend a hand, whether it was a family member, friend, or a stranger in need. His infectious laughter and warm smile brightened the lives of those around him.

Terry is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 33 years, Dianne Plummer (nee Zivko); children, Lisa Collins, Steven Plummer, Jason Rebol, Holly Corrao (Shawn McGrady), Jillian Rebol, and Scott Rebol (Jessica); grandchildren, Leslie, Hanna, Thomas, Heather, Carmen, Caroline, Emily, Erin, Mason, Aiden, and Sam; great-grandchildren, Heidi, Chloe, Caleb, Gio, and Addie; his brother, Tim Plummer (Kathie); along with his nephews and nieces, Timmy Plummer, Amy Preuer (Matt) and Gretchen Sullivan. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Elias and Melverna Plummer; his brother, Ted Plummer; his nephew, Jimmy Plummer; and his niece, Darla Plummer.

Please join the family in celebrating Terry’s life on Thursday, December 5th, 2024, from 3 to 7PM at The American Croatian Lodge, located at 34900 Lakeshore Boulevard in Eastlake, Ohio 44095.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Terry’s honor to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
